User friendly and with great mathematical integrity
With a large screen and stylus, the ease with which it is operatedn is unequaled. This means the use of the tool does not get in the way of mathematical learning. This is the first tool with which you will feel like you are doing mathematics. Mathematical objects become physical objects to move and interact with via the select, then drag and drop technique.
The Lead School Program is an exciting new initiative being run in Victoria and Western Australia. It provides the foundation for a great relationship between your school and Casio Australia - one of the biggest supporters of mathematics education in Australia.

Watch the following short movie to see this in action - it can not be shown on paper.
An eActivity is like a Word document except you can embed in it ClassPad strips. The strips are actually areas in which the functionality of the ClassPad can be used, eg. the CAS, graphing and so on.
They can be used to present students with assignments, learning opportunities or in fact to build your own simple software (like the Probability Calculator you might have seen already).
You can make them yourself very easily. You need no more skills that it takes to use to make a Word document. Or, you can download eActivities made by others and placed on the WWW to share.
